Tame beast only worked once

Hi, I tamed a beast one time and did not like that beast so I sold it to vendor, now when trying to Tame a beast again nothing works, tryed a lot of different beasts but nothing works.

Your lucky, I haven't had it work once. I finally just removed it. Something is up with it.

I never had this issue could you show a video of whats happening? The cast works fine & only last for 9 seconds so it's best to cast when the rare beast is almost dead!

for every taiming u need another Cleared new GEM

U put in the empty Gem. Bind the action ( Tame Beast ) on ur hotkey Bar.
For example L2 + Circle

Than u must marker the monster u want to tame. Than u kill the monster ( In that order ).

After that, the monster is in your GEM. And cant be changed.
If u want to tame another monster - get another GEM

if that dont work, send a Support Bug Message to GGG with the explanation, that u used this steps and than sold the GEM to a Vendor - Maybe there is no intended bug and they need to hotfix this.


U can post ur problem in here, but they only read it , when they got time, or the problem is over and over discussed by many people.

U better off, sending a Support message. Hopefully the fix comes sooner or later

It absolutely works if you use a new gem each time.

I collected several for different cases. So fun collecting them. I hope they lean into this mechanic more. I'd love more quality of life around it. My fav mods so far:

- Healing aura
- Increased Phys damage aura
- Resistance aura
- Periodic invulnerability aura

I run full cold, so combining those with chill effects works nice.

I wonder if you can increase the timing of the periodic aura at all? Would that be covered by 'aura magnitude'? Hmmmm.

It sucks tames can't be traded or keep HUNT mods read my thread about that here!
