MTX missing

The legion commander mtx was available in the previous league but is unavailable in the most recent(Dawn of the Hunt). I checked the previous league to see if I still had access to the mtx, and it is now unavailable.

Same issue here i just purchased it in POE2 since i don't have it on POE1.
Seems like i wasted points on in now its not available. my MTX set is now ruined |
