Ultra 9 285k after patch worse than my 10700k
After the league patch my 285k genuinely performs worse than my 10700k. It was quite the opposite before the patch, and everything felt normal. Now the 285k somehow feels bonked, I dont know what you changed for Intels 14th gen+ but it has massive performance impacts.
The fact that i should go back to a 6 year old CPU right now is ??? Please look into whatever you changed. Poe1 is unchanged and perfect: ![]() meanwhile poe2: ![]() poe2 used to look as flat as poe1 before the patch. Last bumped on Apr 12, 2025, 6:21:43 AM

i know no one is using intel these days, especially not the newest gen but please dont let a 6 year old 10700k stay better than intels newest cpu's because of some engine change you guys did...

i found the issue, the game isnt correctly put on the pcores and instead also on ecores, which causes this.
putting core affinity on only the pcores manually in the task manager solves the whole issue. this wasnt the case before the patch and isnt the case with poe1. Please look into this. |
