Can´t even play the Game (CRASHES)

When i start the game, after getting the first weapon, when i reach the first enemys the game just crashe. Whenever i make any character in any league, the game just crashes. But if i load an old character i can play ok. Is there any bug in the starting area?? Any fixes? I tryed everything thing about crashes that i saw in the forum to no avail. I was hoping a patch to resolve this, but to no avail... Any ideas or tips?
