Holding Shift on Passive Tree

Doesn't seem that holding shift on passive tree to see damage changes is working. At least it isn't for me, or the people in voice with me.

Hi, I have the same problem. The old very useful tooltip does not come up. Tried with 2 characters as well.

Bumping this, same is occurring for both my standard characters and new league characters. Tested with skill points available and without.
