Yes I saw it few days ago. Still forum moderadors most likely have a system just to forward to their actual technical support. Apart from being messengers I am unsure if they have direct contact to the people that have the access to fix the actual issues.

Most likely they know about and either:
1. They don't know how to fix it
2. Ignore it while doing other tasks

They mentioned in an interview a few weeks ago that Standard would not be the priority when it comes to receiving feedback, and while I agree that yall have an issue and deserve to get it fixed, I can understand how their priority is more on the league and less on standard...
