Since this morning if I even open my atlas to do a map my entire game crashes. Excellent updates GGG

LET US RESET THE ATLAS. START AGAIN FROM THE BEGINNING. ITS BETTER THAN THIS. JUST ALLOW US TO ENTIRELY RESET THE ATLAS TO START AGAIN FROM ZERO.

I leveled two characters they are level 65 and cant access the endgame :(

Support does not give AF
This is what I sent them... "I have done what you have suggested and have not heard anything from anyone. I've made several posts, and there are tons of other players who are having the same exact issue. Is there really no support for this? Can you or someone just reset my atlas all together? Dude, this is really frustrating.
Is like if we were talking with someone that is not even in the room. Why are we doing this? Why do we stay here bumping this thread. Its becoming obvious that they don't care enough about this to at least come here and say what is happening. Do they find out what the problem is? Are they fixing it or not? They don't have any clue? Will they allow us to reset the Atlas as a temporary fix? Nothing. Nothing from their end... Just us here unable to play for the entire week. And this in a game where being there with the new stuff is important because of trade. Now we missing out. When (and if) they solve this, we will be way behind from people who were able to play for all these days. |
