game soft locks

playing parh of exile after a few min it soft locks

i play on playstation 5 every time it loads other player nonesense the game soft locks.
due to players can not handle that all armour has 0 armour.
and everyone can be killed.
and due to server instantbility with that soft lock it is unplayable
useing 120 fos.
as long my stuff load correctly in all enemies die as they supposed to.
once server can not handle the enemies death game gives up and soft locks

i supsect it may be link that game loads playsattion 4 other player data in to playstation 5 what is incompatible and so triggers a soft lock.
can also be part due to unstble server.
and or a mix of both.

so far i seem to hve foudn the issue
it seems it was the london uk gateway that thing no longer works as it should so i swap to a diffrent gateway.
