Unable to defer items in ritual for days. (phrecia)

How i got this bug I was mass deferring currency till i got the max defer limit.

The next few maps I bought every single deferred item. And can guarantee I have ZERO items deferred but still unable to defer anything. I have run many many more maps with 8 rerolls trying to see if that would fix it but nothing has worked.
