Trial of Sekhemas not giving ascendancy points

I just completed 3 floors of trial of sekhemas but it bugged out and I couldnt get the points. The portal didnt work, talking to Balbaala didnt show anything, the last door wouldnt open, there was nothing to do there. I exited to login screen and then it put me back outside, so I have to go at it again. This took a while, I also have video proof if needed. Can cs give me the points?

I assume you were going for your ascend passives 5 and 6 if you completed third floor. 7 and 8 come from fourth floor.

Customer service has not corrected things like this in the past and I don't see them starting now. You'll be better off running it again, and if it bugs a second time with the totem being unclickable, then generate an in-game bug report number, include that in your bug report, and hopefully they can fix whatever is causing it.
