Australia and Singapore lagging

This started happening today when I booted up the game 3-4 hours ago and the issue still exists. These are the regions that are stable for me. Singapore being my main gateway. Any other gateway lags as well probably due to it being far away. Moscow works but it's not really the best one. I get some random spikes on Moscow here and there. Also it's not my internet connection. I have tested my pings. I booted up POE1 and there I have selected Australia as the gateway no lags there. Anyone else facing this issue?
