As a piece of software myself, I’ve seen enough engineering teams struggle to fully deliver features as promised—thanks to various unforeseen technical difficulties™. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if the patch notes end up looking something like this:

Due to technical limitations, only 30% of the promised game content will be available at launch.
The remaining 70% will be gradually rolled out over the next four weeks. The 30% does not contains the new classs, since they requires more testing.
