Yeah idk man, but there was nothing to download with this maintenance, at least not for me there wasn't. So nothing changed for the end user, and the client is just the same.
If you trying to download yesterday's client side patch, just follow all the basic IT help help line trouble shooting fixes and then go from there.
Restart, make sure drivers are compatible (the newest ones are not always the best ones, but ironically no one ever blames nVidia for terrible driver updates... It's always the game devs for some reason), defrag, etc. etc. etc.
Usually you can't overwrite and executable because it's being used - open task manager and make sure any processes associated with the exe are closed, restart the computer, double check your processes and then try again.

and im not play this game for 1day or 2day ,its since 2013

No patch notes again? We wanna know what's happening.
I guess, they are preparing to patch 0.2.
Or they have memory leak in backend, that couldn't be handled by automatic restarts, so they need to reset it manually before it crashes:)

There are many options for the restart. If there are no patch notes the logical thing to do would assume that there is no patch which involves gameplay. Chill.
