Celestial Hideout Unlock

I was wondering If everyone in the party will unlock celestial hideout from shaper if it drops. Could anyone confirm it, I wanted to farm him for this with my friend.

Yes the whole party can receive it. Expect to run around 100 Shaper fights in order to farm it.

If I recall correctly you have to be in the instance when Shaper dies to receive it. I remember spending hours farming that guy at the end of Delirium before Shaper became significantly more rare.
