Can't open Atlas Skill Tree

Please help me accessing the Atlas Skill Tree.

Ctrl + G is supposed to open it according to the options, but nothing happens. I changed it to just G but that work either.

I finished the A10 and already completed 13 Map with their bonus objective.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

EDIT some more info: I am in Phrecia Ruthless league and my quest log says "The Atlas of Worlds" - "Explore the Atlas of Worlds"

No, you're just in Phrecia.

In Legacy of Phrecia, the Atlas Passive Tree is replaced by Idols.
