What do you mean exactly?
If you are talking about the expedition quest in campaign ignore it. It's nonsense and they need to fix the information. If you are talking about finding the expedition bosses, they spawn in logbooks. I don't know what the exact spawn rates are, but doing 10 logbooks without a boss encounter does not mean anything is wrong with your account or the game. |
