It's about the investors, not a good game flow. In game time, microtransactions, and PR is all they care about. As long as the paid steamers are happy, Tencent is happy, GGG gets paid.
Really sad because I was told this developer was made of gamers, not investment capitalists like Blizzard.

Do you have ANY proof for what you've said?
You know, antagonizing someone here is against "Code of Conduct", but I would like them to add "spreading lies" to the list too.

Yeah, the writing is on the wall, yo. It seems your fanboyism has blinded you to this truth.

All of the changes and patches are targeted towards making the PoE2 streamers happy. The community is being ignored, and only those with a thousand people in their chat are heard.

This is a PR stunt to bring these streamers more views after dramatic falloff, and to overshout the community cries for fixes, pushing a narrative that everything is fine when it's not.

Again, prove it. And btw., that's not what he said - he talked about the streamers being paid.
It has been proved https://www.nme.com/news/path-of-exile-studio-apologises-as-paid-streamers-allowed-to-skip-server-queue-2923396

Bruh... are you for real!?

This was in the "Ultimatum" league where the servers had insane issues so most ppl couldn't play at all. GGG decided to add streamers to a separate queue.

The thought was "Well, then at least ppl can watch streamers play while we work on fixing the issues" and the "paid streamers" refers to something else.
It's not that streamers in general are paid by GGG - in this specific league they paid... pfff, who was it!? Shroud, if I remember correctly - to try PoE.
It was a known, official, public presented advertisement and not some shady stuff where GGG pays all streamers for good marketing in the background and hiding it.

Streamers didn't even knew that they where "whitelisted" and the second they found out - GGG got a massive shitstorm from the entire community (including streamers) to remove the queue, followed by an apology from Chris himself.

That you now take this specific situation and act like GGG pays streamers so these content creators "propagandize" or whatever in GGG's favor while GGG and streamers are hiding that or something is spreading lies that should get moderated.

If you had any clue about the PoE community - you would know that streamers (besides some giga chills like Steelmage) criticize GGG as often as the rest of the community. Hell, have you seen how streamers acted in the first few weeks of "Early Access"? If GGG would pay them to favor their "vision" or whatever... these streamers would have done a horrible job... like...

GGG: "Here is some money so you glaze the game"
Streamer: *does not glaze the game*
You: "Look how streamers are paid actors glazing the game!"

Yeah... doesn't make any sense.

It proves that streamers are paid by GGG, that's what you asked. I think you're blinded by all the money you sunk into this game.

Stop your nonsense. The question was not "Has GGG EVER paid a streamer for promotion?".
They did and we know about it.

I wanted proof that GGG pays streamers NOW, especially not officially as a marketing move, to get their favor like it is propagandized by some ppl here in this thread.
And THAT is something you literally can not prove because it did not happen.

You don't understand how things work and support baseless arguments to slander GGG and streamers.

Since support is so squeamish, I mentioned the two countries where most cheaters operate out of in case anyone was wondering.
