will the citadel bug-fix, fix broken citadels from before this patch? or will those nodes just be dead ends if there is pathing behind the node that's locked now because of the bug?

Can we do something about Alva exchange. It costs about 2.5 million in gold to exchange 40 divines into exalts but I can buy 20 Audiences for 80 Divine and pay only 20k gold. Doesn't seem to make sense.
