Oshabi random shrine buff stack with Staff enchantment?

I am really enjoying this class so far. Nothing is more exciting to get Repeat or Speed shrine on me! I wonder if I can use this ascendancy and get the Staff enchantment to make some kind of builds that get two random buffs. I understand that two of the same buffs just overwrite each other.
