Serle's Masterwork STILL broken

Ok, it's been Settler's League for how long now? Half a year? And Serle's Masterwork STILL can't be used properly in controller input mode (such as on console).

There is no way to select other enchantment types like you can on PC by clicking on the tabs. The control that normally does that (L2/R2) stops working when you put the Serle's in the bench.
