They certainly should drop rare always, or you should be able to add mods. Getting 1 mod magics is funny.

I agree, they should always drop rare or maybe even veiled.
You should also be able to annul them for a chance to remove the annoying mods. But they will hopefully never return so we will just have to wait for 3.26 |
