With no way for average or casual players to even have a slight chance of obtaining (or working towards) a lesser prize by taking part i don't really see this been anything other than an event for the top 1% elite players. I feel this is a big miss in terms of generating community excitement and engagement if its an indication of the way future POE2 events will be structured.
