Poe2 crash scrolling stash tabs/xbox

As title says, with the stash open and scrolling through tabs with either your top right or left buttons on controller the game freezes then crashes

Also, seems to always happen on a gem tab

so the game crashes if an item in my personal inventory is highlighted and im scrolling on reaching gem tab but if im highlighted on something in the stashes open tabs it wont.

This did not start happening until after I bought the map stash tab tonight. when I move from my gem to map tab it kicks me out of game into my xbox home. This has occured 6 or 7 times in the last few hours.
