Reduced attributes affix

There you are, you have been lucky in getting what you want on a piece of gear, down to the last suffix and it gives you reduction to attributes or you have got all affixes you wanted on the gear, here goes for the lucky corruption..........reduction to attributes. Now I'm pretty damn sure I'm not the only one that's getting really frustrated with this affix. It's got to be a bug when it's either on or the 1st choice of an exalt/chaos put on or replaced as on gear. It's becoming an absolute joke when 5 corruptions has it as the implicit. You can annul the gear to take it away and its the last to be taken on every bit of gear. Lower it's chance rate to be selected from the ridiculous 100% or just take the thing out of the pool of affixed all together till you bring in the proper crafting like in poe1!
