Can't restore reforging bench after league switch

So i got my reforging bench during SSF play.

At some point i decided to switch to normal league, to closer interact with my guild.

After which, both reforging bench and salvage bench were wiped from my character.

For salvage bench i was able to get the tools for Renly.

For reforging bench i can't trigger the quest with Oswald.
Also the molten vault boss doesn't drop the hammer without the quest. At least I beat him in normal league but no hammer drop.

Please advise on how to restore reforging bench! I need it for higher tier maps.

GGG you should fix this pls. I found a work arround and leveld a second character on the current season and did the quest again. took me 10 hours i rather have spend in endgame.

come on i need this solve, I cant salvage anything after switch.

Please look into this GGG

Honestly what an annoying bug, probably I'm going to stop playing because of this... I'm not in the mood to level up another character just to get that again.
