The problem with the Steppe zone

Hello, my character is RUSLANAXXL. I used a level 1 yellow travel stone with lots of buffs. But I have never been able to play in the Steppe play area — it constantly throws me out of the game when I try to enter there. That is, the game was uploaded to the desktop and that was it. I used all the portals to enter the area and eventually they ran out. Then I tried to go in there with an ordinary stone, but it also didn't work out. It looks like a non-working area. Then I went to another zone normally. Please check what's going on there?
