Well Rolled Ventors Gamble Price Check Please!!!

Just need some clarification because i lowered my price to like 18 divine temporarily at one point and didnt get any offers. Seems kinda crazy for a positive all res with one off perfect rarity Ventors. A well rolled ingenuity will give you 100 increased rarity of items alone with this. What is a fair price to ask guys?
