Cant teleport to any campaign location

I cant teleport anywhere exept atlas maps i wana try play trial of chaos but it not work.Only fix is if i invite friend and he go to trial and then i can teleport there,after that i can go anywhere but that dont last long bug is back

Do you use a stationary portal?

Yea but i find out that i just need to relog to another character then relog to main and i can go anywhere but soon as i log out bug i back.
