Disappearing loot.

Everything on the ground after a boss dies disappears after a few seconds and I cannot pick it up, since the patch. playing on x-box

go to your bind menu and check to see if "toggle label visibiliy' is on or off. thats probably the issue

Thats not the issue unfortunately....I hear the ding of iems dropping and see a glow on the gorund with a thin light rising up from it....but I do not see what the item is nor can I pick it up!

This only started happening today for me and I have tried every fix possible...loot filter, no loot filter, show all items on ground ETC.

This issue happened several weeks ago for me on PS5 and then seemed resolved within a few days. Today it's back again.

Loot drops and disappears within seconds. And/or it can also drop, I can see it on the ground, but never any label to pick it up.

So yeah, the problem is back again.

This has only happened on a couple of maps, but enough to make me come to the forums.

Had this happen yesterday. Odd glitch but when I logged back in today glitch was fixed

It's the same from today. after a few seconds everything is under the map!!!!!

This is happening to me too. I thought it was an issue with the loot filter, but it happens weather I use one or not.

Also happening to me… I’ve lost 2 divine orbs from this glitch since it started happening yesterday… enough to make me not play the game until it gets fixed
