- Ryzen 5 5600
- RTX 2060 / RX 6600 with dynamic resolution on
- 16GB RAM
- NVMe SSD PCie 3.0

Budget used or recently bought for a noticeably better game experience at 1920x1080:
- i5 12600k / 13400 / 14400
- Ryzen 7 5700X / 7700
- RTX 3060 / RTX 4060 / RX 6700
- or better

I have a RYzen 5600 and I run at 60 fps almost full time without Dynamic REsolutaion. In fact I keep VSync on, since too frequently my computer is wasting time rendering the game at over 100 fps.. So that is quite above minimum requirements. I although do not have a large resolution monitor.
