" no I did not I was buying items cheaper selling them upper people names that as scam but there was no scam about anything probably I got plenty reported by a chinise clan that was happened before poe 1 too and they was responded and opened the locked account |

At some point when I see complains like this I simply think that the game is sorting/filtering it out so that only stable persons remains. I mean yeah sure GGG support is very slow since release but they informed us about it and even asked kindly to not spam them otherwise you'll end at the end of the queue so if you don't want to understand that, that's on you, stay mad I guess.

" I mean, the support is completely overloaded because a lot of ppl made tickets for things they shouldn't. That you now have to wait for a response has to do with it, but is not the only reason. The overload is one, that GGG needs more ppl working in support is another, but that you've sent multiple tickets is probably the biggest reason. Every time you send a new ticket you don't "remember" them to look at your ticket, in fact, you basically delete your old ticket and "queue" again. For example, if your ticket was position 50 in line and you then wrote the support again you go directly to the end of the line and could end up as position 50.000. And you did it multiple times, so... yeah. |
