If the graphics quality is of a 2005 game, when are we going to be able to play this game fluently with something inferior to a RTX5090TI?

What in the **** are you talking about? There is still more then 2x the amount of players one month after release then there has EVER been on PoE1 1 month after league release.

Comparing August 2024 for PoE 1 (month after Kalguur expansion which was the biggest ever)
VS January 2025 for PoE 2. Even if you just want to compare last 30 days it's still about 2x.

Yes steam counts, it's a representative sample which can be fairly exstrapulated from.

RTX 4070 Ti here. Game runs incredibly smooth...

I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT SUGGESTION AND THAT IS BECAUSE I TRULY BELIEVE THAT THE PEOPLE OF GGG ARE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB AND BECAUSE I SIMPLY LOVE PATH OF EXILE 2, MY SUGGESTION IS THAT THE PEOPLE IN GGG SHOULD TRANSFORM THE IN-GAME CURRENCY INTO CRYPTOCURRENCY THAT COULD BE TRADED ONLINE AND WON IN-GAME AND THIS WOULD BE HUGE BECAUSE IT IS SELF-SUSTAINABLE. SO PLEASE TAKE MY SUGGESTION INTO ACCOUNT BECAUSE THIS COULD BE GAME-CHANGING FOR THE INTERNET AND THE ENTIRE CRYPTOCURRENCY INDUSTRY. JUST IMAGINE WEAPONS AND ARMOR NFTs BUYING AND SELLING TO OTHERS TO GET IN THE GAME AND FARM SOME MORE AND SHOULD BE LIKE 100 MILLION MAX DIVINE ORBS OR SOMETHING AND THIS CAN EXPLODE BETTER THAN BITCOIN REALLY. Maybe you should check your pc or game settings. I'm having extremely smooth experience with 4070.
