Not even remotely good enough. This is going to be some crap cobbled together to make POE look bad in case the normies come try it. Even if it isn't for that purpose GGG is NOT good at "slapping things together" let alone ascendency changes.

Better than nothing. Please don't abandon POE 1.

Because them not staying stubborn is something to be praised. That is where the good will lies. We have not been forgotten, even though it's a small token, it still is one to be relished.
It's not a perfect solution, but it's a step in the right direction. I want both games to succeed and this seems reasonable.
If it keeps up in the future that poe1 will get shafted for poe2 I (and many others) will lose interest in both games. Let's not hope it comes to that.
If you criticize hard, you must also praise when appropriate. I think this is appropriate to praise, considering we've been heard and action will (hopefully soon) follow.
To be praised? Are you ok mate?
Also, yes, we have been forgotten, till we got very loud. That is the ONLY reason, they give us some crumbs.
This whole event would have been more than ok, IF they were open about their situation a few month ago and layed out a plan on how to adress the problems. But that never happend.
But hey, I guess Dobby loves his new sock.

[Removed by Support] a few months ago they were under the impression they would be fine, but things didn't go as planned, so they adjusted with the intent to still have things be fine, but that didn't go as planned either, so then they had to break the news that previous promises were going to be heavily delayed. And now someone in the office probably stayed up for 3 nights in a row trying to be a hero and save it all by cobbling something together despite lack of resources. [Removed by Support]

Surely this is gonna happen soon right? XDD
haha, maybe. deadline could be the same as intended in the earlier announcement, but now instead of a proper league it's that event. :-)

Yey! POE 1 still lives! I'm excited to try this out. POE 1 is so much more relaxing to play.
To each his own.

Are you on crack? a few months ago they were under the impression they would be fine, but things didn't go as planned, so they adjusted with the intent to still have things be fine, but that didn't go as planned either, so then they had to break the news that previous promises were going to be heavily delayed. [Removed by Support] For MONTH they had the POE1 working for POE2, w/o communicating any of this to us player. How anybody, especially someone in Jonathan's postion, fails to understand the consequences of that, is beyond me.
Getting no new content, when there is nobody working on said content? Weird?!
Again, communication would have been key. Also, why the need to get personal?

While I do enjoy PoE 1, I am enjoying PoE 2 immensely. I see a lot complaining about the infancy of PoE 2, but it really is the future and the future looks bright.
Focus on PoE 2 with a very small team on PoE 1.
