This is all you needed to announce and the shitstorm you created would have never happened. The 4 week event is obviously a response to the 300 pages of pissed off people, but still. You have so much content from the last 10 years that could have been glued together to make a new league, but GGG made a conscious decision not to.

Why even bother, just shut down the servers and forget about PoE1. Better throw all your efforts into PoE2!
