the quiver with projectile speed is not wanted
with cast on shock build the slower your ball lightnings the more dps procs, makeing them over 30% faster makes them hit 50% less, quiver would be perfect if it was somthing other than proj speed |

Thank you for your Post, I really appreciate it, one of the Customers tested the Quiver at Arbiter and even tho the Balls are faster, he died within seconds, so for Overall PDPS and clearspeed. I really think the Proj Speed is better. but maybe well make another one happen with Double On hit =) who knows :D
