A Message to Path of Exile 1 Players

All part of growth, POE1 should absolutely take the backburner for awhile. Its in a stable place and a new expansion won't change the fact that POE2 is the future of the company. I find it commendable enough that you guys are planning on still supporting the original, let alone trying to carve out time for expansions.

How can YOU think of making a POE 2 expansion, when hundreds of thousands of people have waited 7 months for POE 1?

Cut the shit, we saw messages of one of employes on 4chan. I allways was one of "shut up and take my money" now is just "shut up". Severe unbalance problem? What about warrior and armour?? what about 3-4 builds on every class, was playing in poe 2 almost every day since was lunched and that's it and poe 2 isn't even in beta it's pre-alpha, GGG got serious PR drop. draw conclusions or you be back to status "free diablo".

Honestly good that you put it out there but it took to long.
This obv. lost you guys a lot of good faith i've never seen such a negative thread in this Forum even when you took harvest out of the game it was not this bad. Hopefully you learn from this it doesn't mean POE 1 needs to be Prio 1 and obv. it isn't on launch of a new game but communication matters and if you delay communication on issues like this for so long there will always be a shitstorm. " PoE1 got more players league after league... "PoE2 is the future"... Settlers league was widely received as a stellar addition to the game with record concurrent players and player retention. You know. They couldve just kept riding the wave for PoE1 instead of spitting in the face of their long time supporters :) |

" So much crying for what? 13 years old game? Why? Poe 2 hit more than milion of players even in EA and retention is way higher than Poe 1... Why would they waste time on old game when the new one getting alot better numbers. It would hurt both games at the same time. I played Poe 1 since beta spend over 5k$ and I would have no problem with its end... Poe 1 is stupidly easy, the new challenge in poe 2 i very welcome change. - 2 game - 2 campaigns - shared endgame
