A Message to Path of Exile 1 Players
I invested a lot of money and time in this game, so you can fund your dream of making another game, which again need better engineers.
Truly remarkable decision from you guys, the responsible should have a salary cut. I knew something was wrong when the balancing of the game was trash, not balancing underperforming skills was signaling a blizzard like approach, congratulations, you took our faith for money and incompetence. |

''Blizzard still had several great WoW expansions, Starcraft 2, plus continued support for their old classics, I mean, you can still play OG Diablo 2 on Battle net, just like you can play PoE on the current league or standard rn, I don't see how this level of drama is comparable to Blizzard's inept attitude towards their classics, when PoE devs make a single mistake.'' you dont understand where im comming from with my argument and thats ok. I give you one example then im going to stop answering you. Remember how Blizzard managed the Warcraft 3 Reforged launch? They promised a lot of things. When the day came nothing was finished and they under delivered. The game was straight up a worse version than the old warcraft 3. They took the money and then ignored the fanbase. Thats broken promises and lying to your fanbase. poe1 management atm and how lack luster poe2 is right now for 6 years of development feels the same to me. You dont have to share my opinion. " i did. warcraft, wow. This right here marks the change where u can feel as a playerbase that the shareholder is more important than the fanbase. First time they lied to us in such a big scale and they dont present options for their loyal fanbase in poe1 either. not even an event, no old recycled league etc. I could blindly trust GGG for the last 6 years, that trust is broken now. Feels very blizzard to me. If you cant wrap your head around this concept i dont know what to tell you. To me it feels you and the other doomers are overexaggerating the scale of the 3.26 delay, making it comparable to REAL company-ending moments like I mentioned. " lol. How many games are you making? How much have you achieved in your life? And your pennies aren’t going to save this company so stop putting yourself on some tower-high pedestal. |
|
so what did we get outa this? just letting us know no new leg anytime soon?
|
|
No days off until 3.26.

I'm not in a hurry, and I will still play POE1, which ever version there will be. I like the game.
Same for POE2, it is not finished, but I already like the graphics, I like the way it feels. It takes serious time and talent to create a game, even more when you create 2...and maintaining them too. Looking forward to all updates and new versions you will bring! |
