I think they realized they have WAAAAY more work to do than they expected.

The reception about everything except campaign has been pretty negative.

So when are they making a public statement regarding Voldemort? He needs to be removed from the leaderboards as it stinks up the place. Real players have put effort to compete in the ladder.

Seems like they have no integrity and so can't be trusted with creating a suitable environment in the long term. Last Epoch and D2 might be the only alternatives.

No reason to be mad at mods though, you know this person is doing their job they get paid for, for all you know they could share your point of view but they are at work.
