Why this game seems not to be for me

I only played 160 hours, just hit lvl 38 with my sorc and i am currently at the beginning of act 3 so my perspective of the game is limited of course. Since i heard the statement if the bosses are to hard, this game is not for you and that the bosses are not meant to be one shotted i wonder if i can take this game seriously because if you have a trading hub where gamers can buy bis equip easily of course the bosses are easy and one shots. If you wanna have an economic centric game i recomend to take a look at Guild Wars 2 which is crafting centric but has a material based economy; and has no bis equip in general just a best at a specific role items. Since Guild Wars 2 is my main game i am alienated at best from the dodging and the combat system. I am very sorry but its a clunky mess and yes i realised that i get iterrupted from monster hits. You let the bosses spam one shot mechanics but you as a player can't constantly dodge for example just to get away to get an overview or smth like that. Combat this way feels awful to me. On top of that i can't spam my chosen auto attack and weave other spells or attacks in, you have to interrupt yourself or even have to stand still to execute an attack or spell. You can't properly attack or cast while kiting and so on. So i am asking myself constantly what kind of action combat system is this meant to be lol. Anyways its early access i am going to hop in from time to time and decide after release if i continue to play. But for now at least i am fed up.

Brother, 160 hours is enough for people to finish the game and uninstall a week after launch in December.
If you are level 38 after 160 hours, i sincerely hope you find a game that will bring you joy.
I am going to ignore the rudeness of your coment and clarify that i tried out all classes and experimented with different playstyles with every class and i had much fun with it, since the class system seems somewhat flexible that you can for example play the witch with minions or like a sorc type with chaos damage. And my goal is not to get to endgame as fast as possible. So sry to say but your critique missed entirely the point from what i was describing in my post earlier.
If you can't make it past the campaign, it is reasonable to think the game isn't for you. It gets harder after you complete it and get to the Atlas and start mapping. Those one shots you are complaining about, don't result in you just starting back at the checkpoint. You lose the waystone you invested in, the node loses all adds, and you take a exp penalty. The map closes and you have no chance at attempting it again.

"you have to interrupt yourself or even have to stand still to execute an attack or spell. You can't properly attack or cast while kiting and so on." that is just wrong on so many levels, there are VERY FEW skills that requires you to be standing still in order to cast them, the only one I can think of ontop of my head is perfect strike. All other skills you can move and use and if you have 160 hours and are saying this you should give it another 160 hours because obviously you didnt learn any game mechanics.
see ya later and get better in videogames ofc.
I want to add, if you can't move while using skills, try using the WASD setup. It allows for that.
I dont think you understand my concerns with the game because you dont have any comparison to other ones. I made the comparison with Guild Wars 2 for a reason. If I say i can't properly cast while kiting then its my experience with poe2 because in Guild Wars 2 i have an entirely diferent experience with casting and fighting while kiting. So maybe you should spend 160 hours in games with a fluid and well executed combat action system, then maybe you can understand what i was saying.
and i am indeed using the WASD setup ^^
Wait untill u reach the so called ''End Game'' its even more disapointing.
