Not getting the +1 level from irradiated maps

I put a t16 (level 80) map into an irradiated boss map and still only got level 80 monsters.

I think this has happened to me alot as as well seems inconsistent rn

So i figured it out.....its on certain maps.....it shows it is radiated but when you click on the node the +1 level isnt there anymore
