How Divine you are, if only I could find one

You get this game wrong.
Since day 1, of poe1, this game is not for casual. Aka if u dont have at least one lvl95+ character already, u r a casual. You have to grind/ trade/ rm..oh well, for upgrade. You have to treat this game like it’s your life, playing 10-12 hours/ day to reach the same level as what u see on youtube, or reach out to your ccard.

You simply cant archive what you think you will by just playing and “enjoying” the game. This game is not designed like that.

90% of peoples wealth who know what they are doing comes from selling items not raw currency drops.

This isnt a baby game casino like diablo 4. If you want to make currency you have to interact with the trading system heavily, know how to trade, and what items are good and bad, how to dump and shuffle items in buy out tabs.

These people you see with good gear or who are rich arent just throwing on iir and picking up hundreds of div off the ground, for every div they find they probably made 9 selling items.

I drop like 3-4 divines per day playing like 4-5h. Rest is from items

invested close to 400hrs so far since EA launch. Sorc at lvl93.

over this time, got 6 or so divs from drops.

however at the moment, i have 263 divs. 180 divs i got for selling an adorned diamond which i got for killing trialmaster. then used that to buy expensive gear. after a few weeks, upgraded gear and sold the old gear for more than what i paid for it (due to inflation).

stopped playing now as it's becoming stressful. XP loss sucks and omen of amelioration is very expensive now (was 40ex or so weeks ago, now it's around 150ex).

back to D4 where it calms me down and just let me kill things, stress free.
