Lost half my spark damage when i equip a 2nd staff

I noticed my spark damage was cut by 60% when i added a sigal of power on my 2nd weapon set.

I noticed its not taking into account my + to skills at all for my staff or any damage mods on it i swap between a white blank staff to my usual one and the dps isnt changing.It does add the skills from amulet tho. If u need video support lemme know but this essentially bricked my sorc.

I unequipped all gems and gear and put them back on to try to fix it nothing help??

Are you sure spark is bound to your main weapon and not the sigil staff? Every time I put in new 2nd weapon, it defaults spark back to weapon one and 2. I have to disable 2
