Accuracy idea
+1 to accuracy getting a bit more design attention.
Accuracy is better designed in PoE2 than it was in PoE1, but that doesn't mean there can't be room for more improvement. |

I'd go further to say that Melee Dmg cannot be evaded if the collision is in range.
This would make Melee warriors feel better. To counter-react for evasion builds, evasion could mitigate melee damage (as mentioned by ReiCoringa96#2002, as if the character moved to not take a "direct" hit). I'd apply the same rules of armour, big hits are less affected by evasion. This would make Evasion builds care more about positioning. Now, I have not thought this for too long, does this cause any issues? Last edited by SteamSkullerR#7239 on Jan 24, 2025, 9:12:09 PM

" Thank you for engaging and being reasonable. I think having discussion on how to improve the game should happen instead of stating that the stat is better in poe 2 than in poe 1, therefore we don't need to improve it. It's such a dead stat on items, the passive tree and for dexterity as a stat and I really hope GGG puts more thought into what the stat does. Accuracy should also be needed for players spell hit.
