Those of us who have been locked out for weeks deserve a compensation
" Ive used steam for god knows how long now, never had such issues - maybe with MTX sometimes, but with games never. Also, it says my account is locked on the PoE website too - whether your account is locked or not has nothing to do with steam, its GGG that handles the account status. |

" I was not familiar with how the early access works and basically just got access through trial and error. I would assume that your issue could be resolved by changing something in your account. When you open https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections, under Accounts on the top, do you see the name of your steam account? Or under "Secondary Account" => Steam, is there a number displayed? |

" Brother, the account is locked. I can't link it, I can't log in with it, nothing. The issue can only be resolved by GGG, who take weeks and at this rate months to get a response from. |

Good luck with that, but yeah, once an issue takes that long to be solved, compensation is the bare minimum expected. I also haven't been able to play for over a month because the game decided to freeze my OS during most loading screens and the most I've got was a "we're working on it" about a month ago.

It won't change the fact that a lot of us have paid for early access, yet we havent had access for weeks - some for over a month. This is going to leave a sour taste for a lot of people, we are paying customers, the bare minimum you could do is compensate is for weeks long inconvenience. |
