Those of us who have been locked out for weeks deserve a compensation
This is very unprofessional, GGG must be forgetting that this is a business after all, and we are paying customers.
Each and every one of us has paid for early access, yet we don't have access to the game at all, and a lot of us haven't had access to the game for weeks on end, nearing a month already. I and many alike didn't pay for an inconvenience, and its just unfair that you have our money, but we don't have what we all paid for. And yes I know: "If you have sent us an email, one of the team will be able to respond to your request as soon as we can. Please note we are currently dealing with a large number of requests, so we apologise in any potential delay in getting back to you." That's not an excuse and doesn't change the facts. " I paid $30. How the hell do you justify $500? Whatever, but since they have not answered your support request, a chargeback on your card would probably be honored by the card issuer. They usually don't respond on the boards to support issues, however, since we're making a stink about it a mod may connect back to support on this. |

Personally I havent even been able to play since I paid for the game, didn't even get as far as creating a character. Account has been locked from the get go, with no reasoning. Are you using Play Station? Did you buy the access token in the PoE 1 ingame shop, maybe on Steam, somewhere else? When you log in to your account here, under "Path of Exile Arly Access" what keys are listed (not the token, just the name like "Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key", "Path of Exile 2 Early Access Key" and so on) and what status do they show (like "Used: false" or "This key can be redeemed on the Steam store."). Do you see a message stating "Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access."? Have you linked accounts? I would just like to understand all the circumstances and eliminate common mistakes. I am not saying that it is impossible, but it would seem odd to me if there really is an issue on GGGs side. This would have to effect a lot of players I assume. |

" I don't know of what use its going to be explaining the issue to you but sure. I bought the game through steam, since I had a bunch of money in my steam wallet. I download the game, I try to login - "Your account has been locked. Please contact support", Alright, let me try linking my accounts - "You cannot modify login methods of a locked account." Its coming close to a month without a clue why my account has been locked, and no response from support. you sure that's not a steam issue? I bought a game on steam a couple years back. Had the same issue. (cant remember the game)
