Failed to connect to instance

I am constantly having issues after patch today logging into the game and mapping. After putting a waystone into a map, everytime i tried to take portal to join instance it disconnects me and says Failed to connect to instance. Also trying to log back into the game i am frequently getting Failed to connect to instance.
