BIg time trading problem! A few number of people controlling the market

It's disgusting to see the items you want are way over your budget and you see a few people having 3,4 or even 5 of those items costing over 100d.

I managed to talk to one of these guys when I bought my old quarterstaff. We negociated from 26 to 23d, eventually him telling me he bought it for 13 a few days before.

How it works? We all heard about duping bugs.

Imagine printing currency.

With this currency they can afford to buy most of the quality items at normal prices.

Then they have most of the item pool and raise prices by 50%, and more 5-10% each day after"inflation time". Every other person that get the same item drop will sell it of course @ market price.

Admitting to RMT on the forums is a bold choice. Learning to earn currency is a skill in this game that takes time and applied knowledge. You can make money too, many of us do. Enjoy the ban though?

You represent everything that is wrong with gaming these days and you also dont even realize that people like you are the main problem.

1) People like you are the reason why all those Gold-Sellers, Hackers and Scammers even exist in the first place - they only exist because its obviously very lucrative - especially for ppl in countries with lower incomes

2) No not everyone is buying orbs with real money

3) Yes by doing tht you support criminals that will also often hack accounts and worse



Even your argument makes no sense, so right after release you wanted some items with almost perfect stats and because you couldnt buy it everything was crap when in reality prices were still low and you could have easily progressed yourself or just bought less perfect items for normal prices.

By then buying those overpriced items with real-money bought orbs you further enforced the new price and their "business-model".

Whats even worse is - you did this in a limited EA game where everything will be locked in an EA realm at release ...

Honestly people like you are the problem and the person responsible for not stopping them and making them bigger is also yourself. Guess what would happen if ppl didnt buy gold with real money? Also chances are lots of ppl doing that have their data stolen, getting scammed or hacked and then probably go to the forums complaining about security ...

At least be honest to yourself - neither did you even need that specific quarterstaff nor is there a huge ammount of ppl buying and yes people like you actually create that market.

So you're asking GGG to stop the trading mafia while trading with the same mafia you are complaining about hahahhahah

What on Earth are you talking about.
Switch to gemling? Fine, buy what you can afford maybe? I switched to gemling with what I had at the time. I used an amulet with +1, then crafet +2, then saved up and bought +3 with %mana and other good stats. You want not a good one, you want the best one and complain about it?
This game probably has 1 or 2 such amulets in total, so what? Best items cost in mirrors, so what?
This is not Diablo where everyone has the same gear, get out of that mentality.

By many of us, I mean the many many legitimate players who are fully capable of generating currency without RMT or scams etc.

By enabling I mean what other commenters said. Markets don't exist if there aren't buyers. By being a buyer in the market, you are literally the reason the problem you complain about here exists.

Don't know why you're mad at the few of us unless you somehow think I'm part of some RMT mafia? Prices inflate and you just need knowledge and implementation to earn currency to keep up and get ahead. Even if the game had 0 RMT, 0 flippers, 0 scammers, 0 arbitrage enjoyers, prices would still go up over time and you would be left behind by better players.
