Why servers just go down?

Crashed in Simulacrum and the keystone is gone. GGG could at least build some mechanism to preserve progress and/or keystones when the servers crash.

Not speaking about client crashes but you know when you had a server crash. Just keep track in a persisten table of which player were doing what and refund them if they had to use an item to play content, like a pinnacle boss. I'm done for today, going to watch some netflix...

Down again and lost my ascendancy points again because of this. Great run full honor then BAM disconnected. They really need to either fix this bs or going to another game. I understand early access and issues but this is getting ridiculous. Everyday its more and more problems. Either take it down for maintenance (AND ANNOUNCE IT!) or refund peoples money who are supporting the game. This is getting beyond ridiculous.

wow im so angry right now. Just dropt two uniques in a map and wanted to port back to hideout and then the server crashed and all the loot is gone but the used waystone is also gone? FU ggg really how bad is this.

I can understand the server crushing... i just want to know why the fuck am I rolled back at the point where the map is opened with 0 items looted but my boosted map is gone? Why couldn't you for a fucking change fucked me over by giving 10 mirror orbs in my inventory so I don't know what to do with all the currency instead of taking away even the bad yellow items i dared to pick up from the ground??
