If Blatant Display of Boosting/RMT Doesn't Get Punished Im Never Taking the Game Seriously Again

People need to learn to read and interpret the TOS. It gives one part the right to take actions in some conditions... it does not give the other part the right to demand such actions. A TOS do not give the player any right about the fulfillment of the TOS of a third part.

The company is always free to decide when to execute their options.. or not. That do not break their TOS with you.

It is like in real world, a part C cannot sue part A because they are not enforcing a clause they have in a contract with part B.

Nobody here is talking about legal binding but morals, sadly apparently morals at GGG went out of the window long ago, there are not many people of the original roster left and they have deceived us multiple times already.

Overpromise, underdeliver and at the same time throw away any integrity you had of fairness in your game. long ago i thought they knew what they were doing, i no longer think that's the case, and because i still somewhat care I'm voicing my opinion, but if they keep lowering the bar people like me wont even bother to voice anything and just quietly leave, who knows what's worse.

The main morals that a company need is to return dividends for th shareholders and grow in a sustainable way and pay their employees. THem not banning ertain players hurt not the other players, so it is not a moral issue, it is an issue with people that put too much importance ina game.

As of today, the dumpster fire has only gotten worse, I take NO pleasure in saying that. As I said, I am an OG PoE1 player, along with other franchises, I want options for playing GREAT games. The buyout (10c) has obviously caused a great many changes to what was the ideals formed by GGG, they are long gone, everyone we thought were in charge, their visions...rode off into the sunset.

At some point, reality needs to set in, this is going to be a LONG slog, and 10c has NO ideals except to get as much money as they can from "us".

ANYONE who says PoE2 is a D4 beater is irrational, it's a copy/paste (except for short campaign), it's a pathetic, broken, and has NO endgame that isn't as I said, copied/pasted from PoE1. 3 acts, that's what ALL the years they worked on it...SMH.

WTAF? Shame on them, shame on 10c, and shame on anyone left trying to put lipstick on a pig.

To the threads point, I DO have an axe to grind, I was banned for letting my nephew use my account some time ago, I was furious at the time, and the reasons given and the follow through were sketchy at best to this mature (63 now) player for trying to show someone how a particular build played.

Now this ALL out front for everyone to see, and where is the fairness, the resolve shown to me, the outright BS that is now going on??!
