If he is starting a trading war between nations for being banned in a game that he cheated in doesnt that sum up him as a person? if he actually did do that it would further prove that he is worth absolutely nothing whatsoever besides money.

I would say that... I don't give a damn. It does not affect my life, if someone, who has a small d**k has to show everyone that is best on the world meanwhile buying everything and hiring people to play instead of that person.
If that makes him feel better... Sure, he should be banned, but how does that force you to do so? If you won't then what? Will your children be shorter? Will you have one less pickle in a cheeseburger? Or even will that affect drop on your account on PoE 2?
Its really simple. There are rules for us to follow and they should be fair for all. I think thats a quite honest and reasonable request for the company to uphold and follow themselfs... but.... every day since poe2 launch GGG is becoming more blizzard and less GGG.

Is this issue with this person really the hill to die on? It will immediately distract from development of the game for openers, and it won't solve the hacking or duping. There are BASIC problems with this game.

Why not? Spend the money you would have spent on stash tabs, but on divines. Max gear, beat the game, play another.
